Tom Corbitt

Founder & Managing Principal

Tom is the Founder and Managing Principal at Top Line Growth Partners. He leads the Sales Consulting, Talent Consulting, and Leadership Coaching practice areas. He also plays a strategic role in delivering complex talent consulting projects, designing leadership development programs, and C-level individual and team coaching engagements.

Tom brings his clients over 25 years of experience across a breadth of disciplines to include sales, operations, talent development, and technology. He has served in these capacities at companies like Capital One, Allianz, SNL Financial and S&P Global. His real-world executive experience in high-growth companies, combined with his formal education in multiple disciplines, is a powerful addition to senior teams undertaking transformational change in their organizations as a coach, consultant, or thought leader.

Tom holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Richmond. He has also completed masters level certification programs in Project Management at Villanova University and Executive Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University. He earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2011 and the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) designation in 2013.

Tom is headquartered at Top Line’s office in Richmond, Virginia. When he’s not on site with clients, Tom enjoys fishing, sailing, and spending time with his wife and 5 children.
