Sue joined Top Line Growth Partners in April 2024. She is a strategic-oriented professional with a distinguished career at the forefront of executive leadership, business re-engineering, and talent management. She has successfully transformed the function, culture, and impact of sales at multiple companies to align with business goals and strategies while supporting the needs and aspirations of employees.

Sue has previously served as Chief People Officer at a growth equity firm where she led the people strategy including talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, cultural development, and employee education and development.

Sue has held senior roles at companies in financial services, talent management and staffing industries where she has rebuilt sales teams and organizations, sales operations, and sales processes, resulting in significant gross margin improvement, reduced revenue attrition, and increased sales pipeline. Her focus on sales performance accountability, visibility, and consistency drives gross profit improvement.  Her work and impact has spanned 4 continents.

In 2013, she founded her own company specializing in business and people transformation strategies and has delivered sales leadership training and coaching for a global staffing company; and developed client retention strategy for a Fortune 100 IT company.

Sue holds an MBA from London College of Communication and a BA from Northeast London Polytechnic. She has completed Professional Development programs at Ashridge School of Leadership (UK), Rhema Management Program (UK), Management Leadership Course (Indiana University, US) and Columbia University’s Finance Program. She is certified in Executive and Organizational Development Coaching, and both HBDI and Hogan assessments. Sue is the published author of Practically Brilliant Words of Wisdom in Hiring a High Performing Sales Force,  2019.
