Sally is an experienced full-cycle Executive Recruiter for Top Line Growth Partners. She has extensive experience in the financial services industry, assessing and placing candidates in Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Human Resources, Specialty Finance and Retail Banking. She has also worked in the information services and technology sectors recruiting results-oriented sales representatives and sales managers.

Sally’s experience includes serving as Founder/President of Higgins Resources, LLC, a full-cycle recruiting firm with a successful practice serving Community Banks throughout the Mid Atlantic for 14 years. Prior to leading Higgins Resources, Sally was a Senior Vice President with a regional recruiting firm, completing hundreds of senior level executive searches. Her previous experience in the Financial Sector includes working as an Over-the Counter Trader with a regional NYSE firm, serving as a Registered Principal with a local Broker-Dealer, and selling Institutional Bonds for an NYSE firm.

When Sally is not on the phone for Top Line Growth Partners, she is an avid reader, a self-proclaimed history buff, college sports fanatic, and a proud mother to her adult daughter, who lives in the area. She particularly loves to garden and go for long walks with her dog, Bear. Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in Classics from Mary Washington College.
