Senior Consultant

Neha joined the HR Consulting practice area of Top Line Growth Partners in June 2023. She brings experience in project leadership in HR Operations, Communications, Inclusion, Total Rewards, and People Engagement to her clients.

Neha developed her skills at a Fortune 100 company progressing through their leadership development program to build knowledge in product development and management, business continuity, and employee engagement and diversity. She further developed financial and operational skills serving as a domestic and international auditor for internal business lines before finding her passion in people processes and strategy. She enjoys connecting HR analytics to strategy, communications, and employee engagement.

Neha received her Bachelor’s in Finance and Marketing from North Carolina State University (Go Wolfpack) in Raleigh, NC, and her Master’s in HR Management from the University of Richmond in Virginia. Neha was born and raised in London England until high school. Her family still lives there, but she doesn’t have an accent anymore! She loves music and going to concerts. Her dream job is to pick music for TV shows. She currently lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and two children.
