Missy is a Senior Consultant at Top Line Growth Partners. Her curiosity about the intersection of business success and people established the roadmap for her 40+ year career. A non-practicing lawyer, Missy brings a wide spectrum of business experience with her expertise in talent management, culture and change. 

Missy’s experience reaches across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, consumer products, technology, utilities, government, education, and non-profits. Her roles have been centered in HR - focusing on talent/leadership development - and in management consulting - providing a variety of services including: executive coaching, leadership & team development, organizational design & development, succession planning, performance management, assessment, learning design & delivery, facilitation and change management.

Missy has been a certified executive coach since 2004. Through executive coaching, Missy helps leaders achieve their highest potential – whether it is an individual or an intact team. Missy is well-known for her ability to quickly build trust; her strong relationships are a critical component to her coaching success and enable her to have enduring relationships with her clients.

Missy earned her Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. She has a certificate of Advanced Business Leadership from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, and has also been a Fellow for the Institute for Educational Leadership in Atlanta, Georgia. After living in Atlanta for almost 20 years, Missy realized a dream and now lives in Sarasota, Florida, where she enjoys the opportunity to see palm trees and dolphins on a regular basis.
