Michelle recently joined Top Line Growth Partners as a Senior Consultant with over 17 years experience working across leadership development, communications and engagement strategy, and sales enablement functions within highly matrixed and global organizations.   

As a recent APAC Communications and Engagement Leader, Michelle’s work with individual leaders and leadership teams to develop robust communication strategies has been instrumental in strengthening alignment, engagement, and cultural cohesion across multiple markets. With a strong belief that all employees should feel seen and heard, Michelle’s leadership coaching enables leaders to develop their voice and effectively use it to build trust and connection within their teams.  

Michelle’s training and sales enablement background has seen her develop regional training programs, facilitate internal workshops, and conduct field coaching to reinforce specific sales methodologies for all teams within the Commercial Ecosystem (from Sales and Relationship Managers to Product Specialists, Talent, and Marketing teams) across China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, India, and Australia. Her understanding of diverse market dynamics and cultural nuances has empowered teams to achieve exceptional results, leveraging the strengths of each unique market. 

Michelle has a degree from University of New South Wales (Australia), and spent time studying at the Beijing Language and Culture University in China. Michelle’s career has seen her work across the UK, US, and Asia-Pacific, and she has recently relocated to Sydney Australia after spending seven years in Hong Kong. Most of her free time is spent with her husband and two young sons, and usually involves eating, travelling, or engaging in sport of some kind!
