Mary is a Consultant with Top Line Growth Partners and works in our HR Consulting practice area. Mary joined Top Line in 2022 when she saw an opportunity to leverage her extensive HR experience and passion for leading organizations through complex change, whether through M&A, organic growth, or building strategic HR functional organizations from the ground up.

Mary brings over 13 years of human resources expertise to the team. She has significant experience in analyzing and streamlining processes to increase productivity, work quality, and efficiency.  She has been consistently recognized for strong leadership that effectively manages projects, resolves problems, and leads others to find innovative solutions.  She has a successful track record in building teams that provide strong contributions to the bottom line. 

Mary currently resides in Hartford County, CT, originally hails from Long Island, NY, and has lived in NH, and VA as well.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA with an HR concentration from Franklin Pierce University. 

Mary and her family enjoy traveling and exploring new cities.  She, her wife, and their 3 children also foster dogs to support them until they are placed in their forever homes.
