Kelly Welker

Project Coordinator

Kelly joined Top Line Growth Partners in November 2021 as a Project Coordinator.  Her focus is to provide administrative support to the client facing team members across our practice areas of HR consulting, leadership development coaching, executive search, and sales consulting. She is committed to providing a seamless client and candidate experience. 

Kelly has previously worked as a integral and valuable team member for companies such as Randstad Professionals, Chesapeake Wealth Management, and Scott Thomas Construction.  Through these experiences, she brings great attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills which she is eager to utilize for Top Line’s clients and consultants.

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York College at Brockport in accounting.  She enjoys the opportunity to learn new skills and improve processes and efficiency.

Kelly lives in Smithfield, Virginia with her husband, Erik, and their pets.  In her free time, she spends countless hours helping animals in need, including volunteering with the Lab Rescue of Greater Richmond as a foster parent, medical and home check coordinator, and transporter.
