Kathy Kiernan

Senior Coach

Kathy is a Senior Coach with Top Line Growth Partners. Her focus areas include Leader as Coach delivery, one-on-one Executive Coaching, new product development, and helping companies develop C-Suite and front-line talent that will result in bottom-line growth. She is an ICF certified coach and a graduate of Georgetown University’s Transformational Leadership Coaching Program.

Kathy formerly served as SVP and Managing Partner at APPI Energy. With responsibilities in sales and marketing management, team management, and strategic planning, she is adept at problem solving and leadership development across all functional areas and levels of management.

Kathy held senior sales and marketing positions in two Fortune 500 transportation companies. Her experience as a National Account Manager included work with high profile food manufacturers including Nabisco, Hershey, Pepsi, and Coca-Cola. Today, she leverages these experiences to help clients meet talent and leadership challenges in a global economy.

Kathy has an undergraduate degree from LaSalle University and an MBA from Drexel University. She is a life-long member of Beta Gamma Sigma Business National Honors Society. Kathy has a passion for non-profit service work which has included board leadership positions at Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore, Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, and others.
