Karen is a Senior Coach with Top Line Growth Partners. Karen creates clarity from chaos, resulting in positive and productive change for individuals, teams and organizations. As a coach and facilitator, she creates safe learning environments that lead learners to self-discover powerful insights for breakthrough experiences. ​ ​She has dedicated her career in service to the professional development of employees across all cultures and generations.

 Karen’s corporate experience includes myriad HR roles for Fortune 500 and 200 companies. She spent several years in business and teaching English throughout Mexico, gaining interpersonal skills and cultural insights which heavily influence her work today. However, she believes that the most influential part of her career comes from her extensive experience in ballet. As a member of several dance companies, her proximity to ballet greats such as Rudolph Nureyev instilled in her the discipline of excellence and gracefully connecting with others through “authentic presence.” ​

Karen is an International Coach Federation ACC credentialed coach. She is an award-winning global learning leader with accolades that includes recognition on the Training Magazine Top 125, a Brandon Hall Excellence Award, and an AON Best in Class global leadership development award. ​She holds a BBA from James Madison University and completed additional work in Anthropological Studies at Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan and Leadership Coaching at George Mason University.​
