Joanna is a Senior Consultant at Top Line Growth Partners. She has over 12 years of professional experience leading teams as a true Recruiting Advisor and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Leader.  Joanna’s objective is to work closely with management and senior leaders to problem solve, think creatively, and form effective strategies that are specific to business needs.

Joanna has experience working with C-Suite leaders in financial services, healthcare, management consulting, and higher education sectors; initiating and managing relationships with key diversity partners, creating and executing recruiting and retention strategies, and building effective, driven teams that deliver positive results.  She has a successful track record increasing firmwide diversity recruiting efforts and building company DEI initiatives.

Joanna received her BA from the University of Denver and an MS from the University of Utah.
