Jen is a Senior Consultant with Top Line Growth Partners supporting the Leadership Development practice area.  She joined Top Line in 2023 when she saw an opportunity to leverage her extensive experience and broad business perspective in the talent system, including talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, and measurement/ROI.  She specializes in implementing modern learning and talent practices to support a culture of learning, inclusivity and engagement.  Her mission is to help people and organizations prepare for experiences they've never had before. 

Jen understands talent as a holistic system, not just a delivery model. Having worked for a global Fortune 5 healthcare company for over a decade, she understands how to scale, how to translate business strategy into talent strategy and how to work collaboratively in a dynamic, global environment.  Technology is a key component of a modern talent ecosystem, and she understands how the variety of HR systems (people, talent, LMS and LXP) thread together to support learning at the moment of need and create a superior employee experience.  And she has excelled at building and leading teams who change things.   

Based in Richmond, a city that has also been her hometown, Jen enjoys cooking tasty food, playing games (board not head), writing, witty banter, finding Seinfeld moments in real life, a good TV binge now and again, hanging with her French bulldog Charlotte, and volunteering with a national poverty education program.
