Dan is a full-cycle Executive Recruiter with Top Line Growth Partners.  He draws upon his experience within Corporate, Search, RPO and SOW Services to provide organizations with A-player talent.  His knowledge of industries from start-up companies, to growing regional & national SMB’s, to multi-national Fortune 500 public companies, across Accounting & Finance, Engineering & Information Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing verticals, provides him with a unique perspective into client talent needs.

Dan’s began his career in pharmaceutical sales then transitioned into recruiting when he recognized he enjoyed the benefits of working closely with people and their careers.  After 10+ years of successful full-cycle sales & recruitment for large multi-national staffing companies and 3+ years in corporate recruitment, he started his own local sales consulting & recruiting firm proving staffing solutions to start-up companies and SMB’s in D.C., Maryland, Virginia and the Carolinas.

Dan attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University earning an FAA certification – Airplane, SEL and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He and his wife, Theresa, have three adult children, Henry, Charles and Grace Anne.  When he is not helping connect good people with good opportunities, you can find him working on outdoor projects and his flower beds.  Dan’s true joy is spending time with his family and pets, two cats and a puppy, Rascal, Sirius Black and Bohdi.
