Chris Joined Top Line Growth Partners’ Sales Consulting practice area in September of 2023. He works with clients to develop and deliver sales strategy and process improvement to drive profitable growth. In the past 20+ years, Chris has founded multiple companies, led sales teams, and developed sales and productivity curricula specifically for the professional services sector, including clients such as, Randstad USA, Sands Anderson PC, Credit, and countless other organizations. 

Chris has authored books, contributed articles, and served as a radio and podcast guest on topics ranging from trends and opportunities for sales growth to sales leadership, productivity, and working from home. 

He and his wife Amanda have enjoyed being a dual-entrepreneurial family while raising their daughter near Richmond VA. He has contributed his talents as an Advisory Board Member for Stratford University and served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Williamsburg Chamber. When he’s not helping organizations develop high-performing cultures and driving revenue, you’ll see Chris outside - hiking, mountain biking, fishing, camping, and skiing. For Chris, as long as it’s outside and with his family, he’s happy.
